Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you some twice baked potatoes. I just want to show you that these onions are not brown. They're just where they open up and get real translucent. What makes them so good is that you don't want to taste raw onion in your mixture. That gives it a nice flavor. Nothing better than sautéed onions and a little olive oil. Add that right to your mixture. What you're going to start to do is just start to mix all that in. You basically just have your potato filling, your onions, and your butter. That's it so far. When I come back, we're going to start adding in couple more things to this, mixing it up, get it into a nice creamy batter, and putting it back into our potatoes where we're going to top it off with some cheese. You're going to see just the most amazing potatoes. Yeah, they take a little extra time, but you know what, your kids will love your for it and you're going to know that these are just special. These are the special taters that you make every once in a while. It's nice and it's twice baked potatoes here on Expert Village. You try saying that 10 times fast. You'll see if you can. I'll see you when I get back.
