Hello I'm Dr. Kay Heaton and I with Expert Village. I'm going to work with your today on some aerobic techniques so hope you enjoy aquatic aerobics. Now from this clip we are going in to do jumping jacks. This is for just large motor coordination. We are going to do a beginning jumping jack and then we would move to a power jumping jack. You will have your arms and legs out together and we would fold them together. We would come out and we will fold them together. You are on the balls of your feet. This could be done slowly, this could be done with a turn. As you breath out, in, out, in.
