Add Potatoes & Water for Potato & Corn Chowder

Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now after the bacon and the onion has been cooked we are going to go ahead reseason with salt and pepper. Stir that around. Then we're going to add our potatoes, after we add the potatoes we're going to make sure that we mix everything up. Mix the potatoes with the onions and seasoning and the bacon, then we're going to cover with enough water to cover the potatoes in. We're going to cover and bring to a boil and cook on low until the potatoes are tender.
