Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make some stuffed mushrooms. Alright, I'm back. I just have to tell you, in between takes everybody was trying to eat all the mushrooms. I told them we have to do two more takes just to show about storage and cost. These are delicious. We can't stop eating them. There probably won't be in leftovers, so you want have to worry about storage. But if there are, pop them in a Tupperware, leave them in the fridge. They're good for at least 3 days, 4 days. They won't last that long. I guarantee you. Also, you can take some saran wrap and put them on your plate like so. Just get a nice piece of saran wrap like so and just cover them up. These reheat really nice too. Just take them out and pop them in your toaster oven. You can even heat them up in your microwave. It's much better to heat them in the toaster oven. You can put some more graded cheese on them and get them melted. These are fantastic. When I come back, I'm just going to talk to you a little bit about cost. Again, please make these. This is good stuff. I promise you. I promise you, promise you, you're going to love it.
