Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make some stuffed mushrooms. Alright, so you might want to just serve one portion. You could just setup a whole tray of these like this. Just put them out with a little side plate and let everyone take themselves, or you can just serve them really nice like this. Remember I saved that reserve of breadcrumbs before. I didn't make them overwhelmingly topping them. Overwhelming them making them so high. I saved some of this. Why I do that is because what I'll do is just come over here and I'll put a little bit on the plate like so. What I'll do is I'll just take a little of this olive oil and give it a little tiny drizzle. Something like that looks real nice. Take my fresh pepper and give it a little fresh pepper. Again, a little parsley leave just for some color. Using fresh parsley is always better of course. If you don't have any, like I don't today, just a little dry like that. That's it. Look how nice that looks. Serve that to your guests. This is a beautiful appetizer. Go out and eat.
