Cook Stuffed Mushrooms

Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make some stuffed mushrooms. Hey we're back, and you know what time it is because Gracie is going nuts. That means it must be time for some stuffed mushrooms. I'm just going to get out my mitt because these babies are hot. Wait until you see how beautiful this is going to be. Everybody is waiting for these. Oh man, look at how good these are going to look. Look at how beautiful that is. I can't even tell you how good it smells. I wish you make them. You'll know how good they smell. You'll see how good they are. This is fantastic eating. This is beautiful eating. I'm just going to get in close here showing you exactly what we have here. Look at how nice this is. What I usually do if I have the guests coming is I just scoop them up, put them on a tray like this. Look how nice they are. They're just beautiful. I can't even tell you how good they are. You can put these all around. You have to watch it, they're a little hot. Get them out of the pan. If they break, don't worry. It's fine. You just want to get them in a tray like that.
