Add Cheese to Stuffed Mushrooms

Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make some stuffed mushrooms. We are back. I just want to show you that I capped these all really nice. I have a little bit left over. You can try to put them and really build them up high. I like to save a little bit of this because when I serve them I add a little bit of this with the olive oil. You'll see at the end. I save that little bit. You'll see I can use it. At this point, just add some fresh pepper to the top of them. Fresh pepper is a must with these. These are so good. They're not even in the oven yet and everybody here that's hanging around the kitchen is waiting because they want to eat these. I want to eat them because I haven't had them in a while and they're really good. Just take some cheese and just go over each mushroom. Nice. Don't worry if it falls in the pan. It doesn't matter. Just get some on each one going slowly and taking your time with the cheese. It's going to be so good. Oh my goodness.
