Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make some stuffed mushrooms. Alright, I've been stirring these. You basically want to keep an eye on them because you don't want them to burn. You want them to get brown. I'm going to show you right now that they're pretty much done. You don't want them getting crispy brown, but just a nice coating where you see the brown. They're going to brown also in the oven. With that said, I'm going to come over and show you exactly what we have here. You see it's just a nice brown coating. We're going to let it just warm down a little bit. We're going to start taking our spoon and we're going to fill in each little cap. We're going to coat the topping with nice parmesan cheese. We're going to drizzle a little olive oil, get them in our oven, and it's going to be so good. So good!
