Add Breadcrumbs to Stuffed Mushrooms

Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make some stuffed mushrooms. Alright, so I've been cooking this for just a couple of minutes. What I'm going to do is start adding some bread crumbs. I eyeball it. What I'm looking to do is just get a filling. I'm going over the top with the bread crumbs. I'll start to spoon in the butter so that the butter absorbs into the bread crumbs making almost like a paste. You'll see how nice that starts to work. That's going to be your filling for your mushrooms. At this point, if you had some sausage, you might want to grind up your sausage. If you had some meatballs, you can grind up your meatballs and throw these in here. You can have some bacon bits. You can throw some bacon bits. I'm just keeping it real simple today. Just the garlic and the stems from the mushrooms caps, a little onion, and the breadcrumbs with the butter. You just want to get this to where it browns. Once it browns, you're going to let it cool and we're going to start filling in our mushroom tops. We're going to drizzle them with a little olive oil and get them into our oven. We're going to preheat our oven now to 350. When I come back, I'll have these brown. We're making stuffed mushrooms here on Expert Village.
