How to Use Tooth Whitener

Hello, my name is Melissa and on behalf of Expert Village, today we're going to be talking about how to prevent a cavity and how to save your smile. Now in this clip, let's talk about how to prevent a cavity by whitening your teeth. Now of course whitening your teeth is not going to necessarily prevent a cavity in and of itself by itself, but if you're going to the trouble to brighten your smile, to whiten your smile it is certainly going to help in preventing a cavity. For one, what are you doing, you are cleaning off the yellow, the stains on your teeth, the bacteria in your mouth and that's what we've been talking about completely through all of these clips is the bacteria in your mouth and how to remove it. There's so many different products on the market right now on how to whiten your teeth whether it be white strips where use a couple of times for a couple times a day and for a couple weeks or whether it's the paint that you put on your teeth. Usually what you do is you they'll sit on your teeth for about thirty minutes, you take it off, you brush your teeth it has to come off because there's still goo and residue on your teeth but what you're in essence doing is you're cleaning your smile, you're brightening your smile so anything you do basically to whiten your smile is in essence going to help you to prevent a cavity.
