Root Position Octave Up of E Major Guitar Chord on the Middle Top Strings

To play an E major chord in root position on the middle top of set of strings, place your ring finger on the 4th string. On the 14th fret, place your middle finger on the 3rd string on the 13th fret, and place your forefinger on the second string on the 12th fret. The chord should sound like this.
