1st Inversion Octave Up of Eb Major Guitar Chord on the Bottom Strings

To play E flat major in 1st inversion on the bottom set of strings an octave higher, place your ring finger on the 15th fret bottom string. Then with your forefinger bar 4th and 5th strings at the 13th fret. Your chord should sound like this.
