To play a B Minor in 2nd Inversion, meaning the fifth on the base, on the top middle set of strings. Place your ring finger on the fourth thread, fourth string. Then immediately under it, your pinkie on the fourth thread on the third string. And then your middle finger on the second string on the third thread. Your chord should sound like this.
