To play a B Flat Major in 2nd Inversion on the bottom set of strings, place your middle finger on the first thread on the bottom string. And immediately under it your ring finger on the fifth string at the first thread. And then play the fourth string open. All together your chord should sound like this. Or you can play an octave up by placing your middle finger on the thirteenth thread and immediately under it your ring finger on the thirteenth thread on the fifth string and your forefinger on the twelve thread on the fourth string. Your chord should sound like this.
