Hello, I am Cherie Krieger and on behalf of ExpertVillage.com. My lovely studio is located in south Austin, my business name is Tension Tamers Massage and I can be reached at 512-657-3457 or starrynova@yahoo.com. This next technique, which I call compression stretches is my own special technique. It really helps the upper traps, the rhomboids and the scapula areas; it helps break everything up especially if you are a desk jockey or even an athlete. It helps break up the area and then I do stretches, long slow stretches and then back to the rotation of the shoulder blade by locking the humerus into the scapula. And then stretching with bent arm.
