Bake Leek Soup in the OvenHi, I'm Amanda with Expert Village. In this clip I'm going to be placing the bread and the soup into the oven. The oven is preheated still to its 425. I'm going to put the soup bowls on the lower shelf for now. I'm going to cook the soup for 10 minutes. It has been 10 minutes. Let's take the soup out of the oven and see how it looks. As you can see the cheese is slightly bubbly.
