Add Vegetables to Pot for Leek Soup
Hi, I'm Amanda with Expert Village. In this clip I am going to be cooking the vegetables. I'll start first by adding two tablespoons of butter so turning on the heat to a medium flame. Then allowing the butter to melt in the pan. Now I'll add the leeks and the mushrooms, the garlic, white pepper and the French tarragon. As the butter is melted, add the mushrooms and garlic. We'll use half of a teaspoon of the tarragon. Then just one quarter of a teaspoon of the ground white pepper.
