Cooling Custard For Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

Hello my name is Hiu on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show two different recipes of homemade ice cream. The first recipe I'm going to show is a basic vanilla ice cream with almond praline. Then we would put the milk custard into a separate container. One that is suitable for refrigerator, we would put the lid on so there would be no contamination in the refrigerator. The egg custard should be refrigerated, remember in the refrigerator that the freezer for around 3-4 hours. Then we can start getting our ice cream machine ready. The ice cream machine should already be in the freezer for at least 24 hours so that it is freezing cold. Remember to turn on the machine before you add the custard.
