Ingredients For Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

Hello my name is Hiu on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show some different recipes of homemade ice cream. The first recipe I'm going to show is a basic vanilla ice cream with almond praline. The ingredients for the vanilla ice cream are simple first: 1/2 cup of regular sugar, 1 large or extra large egg, the size does not really matter in this recipe. 1 pinch of salt, we need salt in most ice cream and dessert recipe because the salty taste actually make a taste of sweetness. 1 cup of milk and be sure to use whole milk for this recipe. 1 cup of whipping cream and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
