Programs for Recording Podcasts

Hi everybody, how you doing? I?m James Donnelly for Expert Village and today we're going to talk to you about audio podcasting. Ok I talked about different programs here. Here you have Audacity which is a free program for Mac of Windows, you can go to Audacity.sourceforge.net and you can download the windows version or the Mac version for free and as you can tell here it shows you what the wave form. This is your voice recorded here and any of these programs that you could use, Mac or Windows, either if you use garage band on Mac and soundtrack Pro, you could audacity for free on Mac or Windows. You can manipulate your wave form which is getting in to a little more extensive editing. Which I don't think you'll be doing, if you do though all the tools are here for you to use.
