Add Bananas to Banana Bread

Hi, my name is Jessica on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to be showing you how to make banana bread. So now we're going ahead and add this to our mixture so you want to add this a little bit at a time and kind of mix it in with the mixture. You can use your mixer for this but I'm just going to do it by hand. Add a little bit more. One other ingredient that I like to add is a little bit of vanilla and we're just going to do about a half of teaspoon. That really gives an extra little kick to the flavor. This again this is kind of to your taste if you don't like vanilla you can leave this out or if you like it a lot you can add more. So we're just going to mix that in, this is also the point if you like nuts a lot of people put nuts in their banana bread, you can add those now. I don't really like nuts in the banana bread that much so I'm just going to leave them out but you can definitely do that if you want. So you are just going to keep mixing this until it's pretty well blended and again you can use your electric mixer if you want to. That's about the consistency that you want to get it and next thing we're going to do is put it in the pan.
