Hi my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a entire Thanksgiving meal. Now that we have all the ingredients minus the chicken stock in the bowl I'm going to go ahead and mix it up so it is all incorporated. It smell amazing. Okay now that everything is nice and mixed up our last step is to add the chicken stock and get it into the pan. So here I got some chicken broth and I'm just going to pour about half of this container over the entire bowl and I'm going to mix it again. Now the key is whenever you are making homemade stuffing it is not to over mix and break up the bread because then what happens is the bread would get all mushy and gross and you won't have a very good texture to your stuffing. So firmly mix it and be careful to keep your bread together and I can tell that my stuffing is going to need a little bit more of that chicken stock cause my bread pieces are kind of hard and they have not absorb much of the liquid yet. So I'm going to go ahead and add in the rest of my chicken stock. That looks like it is going to be perfect for this. I'm going to do one last quick mix ya this looks really good. It looks like we are all done we can tell this is ready our bread has a nice texture to it, it has you can tell the juices are starting to soak in, it is not to dry, all of our ingredients are mixed very well together and we are ready to go ahead and bake it off in the oven.
