Crust Ingredients for Whipped Sweet Potatoes

Hi my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a entire Thanksgiving meal. While the sweet potatoes are cooking we are going to make our crust. To make our crust we are going to need chop pecans, cornflakes, light brown sugar, and melted butter. This crust is going to go on top of our whipped sweet potatoes and what we are going to do is about 20-25 minutes into baking the potatoes we are going to put this on there and let it bake of another 5-10 minutes so it gets a nice crust on top. This crust is going to give the sweet potatoes a nice texture cause on the inside it is going to be nice and creamy and the outside is going to have a nice sweet crust to it.
