Hi, my name is Karl James owner, of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, TX and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a crawfish boudin. Lets put our stuffer together, now basically the stuffer is a grinder. We're going to use our feed tube, and we're going to add the screw right into there, attach our blade (even though we are not grinding you'll add in the cutting blade) and instead of adding our guide we're just going to add our stuffing tube into the locking screw. Screw that in real tight, fix that into the machine, tighten the nut so it's all stable and tight, add our feed tray on top for the stuffer here, that's the sausage stuffer lets move on.
