How to Massage the HeadMy name is Pat Haywood with A Time to Relax and I'm here for Expert Village. This next segment I'm going to have Sara sit straight up and we are going to work on the head. So I'm going to start by just massaging the scalp all over, and it messes the hair up but I don't think they mind, because of the relief it's giving them, again this is going to help headaches. Now I'm going to do what we call like some plucking. Then I'm going to do kind of like a little bit of just kind of turning. OK on the pressure? OK. Just a little gentle massaging of the scalp. There you go.
