How to Make a Dress Pattern

The next step is to put the measurement on paper to give a design to the paper and we cut it later on. The fist thing we do is we take the length of the dress on the paper. That is 36" that we have taken, we mark it. Second, is the arm hole then the waist line, then the hip. We take the measurement of the chest now. Now the waist and the hip. This is the bottom of dress which is going to be similar to the hip.
