How to Take Measurements for a Dress

Hi this is Richa Baweja and on behalf of Expert Village we will be talking about making of a dress. Okay the most important thing before we start making a dress for someone is the measurement. So we will begin the measurements now. To begin with we will start with the upper chest, 36", now the chest 37", waist 29", hip 39", across back, arm, the length of the sleeve, the cuff, for the collar we need another measurement of the neck. Length of the dress and the neck.
