How to Shoot Off the Dribble Shots in Basketball

This is Ryan Tapp of expertvillage. This is shooting a basketball. Advanced shots. We are going to talk specifically about shooting off of the dribble. Okay, we have talked about our basic shots, the set shots, the jumper and they lay-up. If you can hit those, you are ready to move on to some more advanced shooting, and if you can set up in the right way, and you are able to start moving while shooting the basketball with the lay-up; you can now get a little further back and start shooting the basketball off of a pass or off of the dribble. Now most of the time you are not going to be left wide open with no one around you when you shoot a basketball. That's why it is essential that when you practice shooting a basketball or when you are playing with others get used to how it feels like to not just shoot just standing there. Get used to how it feels like shooting off the move, off the dribble or off of a pass.
