Hello, I'm Alan with Expert Village. When you buy your beads, you'll find that they come in various packages and it doesn't matter what the shape of the package is. What you want is the color and the texture of the beads that you want, and you want to be able to access them easily. And what I find really important is that they have a good secure top so when you pull the top off, it's off, and when you put it back on it doesn't fall off and your beads don't fall out. That's just a little tip to help you from having to clean up messes later. You can also find loose beads you can buy by the ounce. Whether they be silver jewelry, silver beads or gold beads, they are usually weighed out and then they give you a price on what they cost, depending on what the gold or the silver prices are at the moment. One of my favorite places to go to find beads, or some of my favorite places to go to find beads, they're inexpensively, are garage sales, flea markets and thrift stores. You can buy tons of beads for pennies, literally pennies and you can make thousands of pieces of jewelry for them. They can either be jewelry that’s already put together, that all you have to do is clip the ends off and take the beads off and then you can use them any way you want. Or you can just buy loose beads that are available by the ton in the jewelry stores, in the thrift stores, and in the garage sales. People just have this jewelry laying around and they don't know what to do with it, so they just want to get rid of it. So they'll literally sell you tons and tons of beads and jewelry for pennies, literally pennies on the dollar. And you can turn around and create jewelry out of it. You can make a high profit margin off of them if you create some beautiful pieces and make them available to the public.
