Sit Up Techniques for Boxing Training

Hi! My name is Marvin McDowell, USA Boxing certified boxing trainer. On behalf of Expert Village, I want to show you some sit-up techniques. Doing sit-ups is very vital, it keeps your stomach muscles built; keep them from getting hurt. So here is what I am going to show you. Do crunches. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. You can actually feel the muscles moving in your stomach as you do the crunches. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5….
