Hi! This is Dave for Expert Village and today we are making Albondigas Soup. Okay now we are going to put together our spice mix for our Albondigas Soup. We have our trusty measuring spoons here and what we want to do with the recipe is we want to have 1/2 teaspoon of Oregano, just add that right in. It doesn't take much to spice this up. This is going to go into the meatballs so put that. You want a half a teaspoon of our ground Cumin. This is going to add a real earthy chilly type of flavor to it but not too strong. So a 1/2 teaspoon of that. You can be a little generous with that if you like. I just love the flavor of this so this should be great. Add a little bit more to it. Then we are going to have the 1/4 teaspoon of salt because later on in the chicken broth will have some salt content to it so just going to use a little bit of this. Pour that in; this isn't working very well, but just pour a little bit of that in just like that. Again, not too much. And then our black pepper. We just want a 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper also. You may this doesn't look like a lot of spices for this but this does go a long way in the meatballs.
