Hi! I am Monica. Another range of motion exercise you can do is going to be for your hips this time. What I want you to do is find a spot on the floor or the bed and go ahead and lie on your stomach and however you are comfortable, you want to be propped upon your elbows or if you need to lie down or have a pillow underneath you that is fine. We will go ahead and do it with the left leg first and all you want to do is let your leg drop out to the side and then in, out and in. So nice and slow, just letting your leg fall as far out as you can. So this is actually internal rotation you are doing and then letting your foot drop and so external rotation back and forth. Some people might be able to go in more than out which is fine or just the opposite; they can move more out than moving in. So again every one is going to be different but you just go in and out just as your range of motion lets you do.
