Hey everybody my name's Matt and I'm speaking to you on behalf of Expert Village. When you start up Virtual DJ it's going to ask you what kind of skin you want to use. This is just how the interface is going to look. You can leave it on basic interface right now a little later on we'll get into what the other different types of interfaces are. And when it starts up it probably going to look something like this. This is the default interface, but if you go over here to config, it'll bring up some settings. You can also go up to Virtual DJ and click preferences if you want, they both bring up the settings dialog. If you go over to the skin tab you'll see dialog that looks like this and from here you can choose how the interface looks. There's a lot of different choices, there's some different resolutions. Most of them are 1024 by 768. But there's also some 800 by 600. If you go to, the skin that I'm going to be using is the default, it's called default and if you click on that you'll see it looks like this. So like I said this is the default skin and this is the skin I'm going to be using in the tutorial so you're probably going to want to go ahead and turn that on so that you can know what's going on so that all the buttons and sliders are in the same place. So go ahead and turn that on and we'll get into how to use the interface.
