How to Make a Bow for Shaggy-Haired DogsI’ll show you how to put a bow in but you can make any kind of bow you want. You have to get these little bitty orthodontic rubber bands and put it on. Some people can do it. Most people can with just their fingers but I can’t. What you do is get a piece of hair, right there. Can you see that? And you slip this right there and push that hair next to the head and there you got it.
