Thank you, very much! I knew warm ups and cool downs were important, but I really wasn't exactly sure what I was supposed to do for either. All I knew was that the current idea is that one musn't stretch for warm ups, as that could cause muscle injuries. (I'm pretty much trying to teach myself bellydance, through DVD's and online clips like your own, as I don't currently have access to a live instructor.) Your clip helped to shed light on what I suspected is a very important matter, not simply to dance, but to any athletic activity. Thank you, again!
