Here is a short routine without heels it is a little bit different of a workout. It is a little bit harder to stay up on your toes. But it is still fun. So as you can see it is a little bit more difficult to stay up on your toes while you do this routine. But it works your calves a lot more then the heels where on your feet. So have fun with it and enjoy.
