There are a number of different ways that you can twist and turn on your feet. One of the ones that people learn first is a one twist. No multiple twisting just a quick little one twist. I would demonstrate one for you now. It looks really complicated but it is not I would break down the moves for you. You want to walk around the pole with your 90 degree arm. Your inside leg which ever leg is in the inside of that pole is the foot that you are going to twist on. You can take step, you are going to take your hand and let your body twist on that foot. Just twisting on the little toe. You can do this barefoot as well don't feel like you have to do it with heels on. My inside foot is my spinning foot. Always end up with the pole at your back for this move. One more time walking, switch your weight to that foot, spin and your are done.
