Making Broth When Steam Cooking

Hi my name is Uchendah Alete, and on behalf of Expert Village.com, in this clip we will be going over how to make broth. All right, any time you steam any kind of food, the strainer leaves a broth of whatever it is you are making. Let’s say, for instance, these vegetables right here; you just steamed them and they are done. What you have left is the broth, so this would be broccoli and carrot broth. So you don’t have to throw this away. You can actually use this to make some sort of soup or your Ramen noodles. You can put very good use to this because it has the flavor of broccoli in it. You can also do this with chicken and any other thing else you make.
