Tangible Medium of Expression: Music Copyright

The last section on the form that you need to fill out is the address box which to send the certificate of Copyright. All you have to fill out is your name, where you live and other location. This completes the form! Once you have finished filling out the form you need to send along with it, an tangible mean of expression of the work. This means it can include sheet music, of your original tune, or a CD of it as well. If the work is published which would look like this, you should send two different forms of the work. If it's published outside of the United States, you should send a copy of the foreign edition. There are more details specific to sending in the means of tangible expression on the form.
