How to Cook Flan

We're here in Budapest in Iguana Restaurant, I am the chef Glockl and here's my deputy on behalf of Expert Village we make the Mexican dessert, the name of flan. We take it to the oven, first thing we have to do in the oven is steam. So we take some water to the oven and the other important thing we can not go up 98 Celsius. And it goes to the oven for 40 minutes. When we finish that we put it in the oven, you have to take it to the refrigerator for a few hours. Because it's a cold dessert and the last steps to take out the flan from the pan and decorate the dish. Use the nuts and a mint and bon apetite.
