How to Heat Milk for Flan

We're here in Budapest in Iguana Restaurant, I am the chef Glockl and here's my deputy on behalf of Expert Village we are make the Mexican dessert the name of flan. We have the milk with the whole cinnamon and now the caramel is ready, you can see it's not so dark now it's okay. And you have to take in small pans. The caramel is ready now we're waiting for the milk.
