Ingredients for Making Flan

We're here in Budapest in Iguana Restaurant, I am the chef Glockl and here's my deputy on behalf of Expert Village we make the Mexican dessert the name of flan. We're going to use sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, eggs, and milk. We have to make the caramel from the sugar, you have to do it in a pan on the fire. And you have to be careful cause it can go sour, you have to be careful.
