We're cooking Mexican, traditional Mexican food we're open for 10 years now and we are here on behalf of Expert Village. And today we're going to cook chicken enchiladas. Now he's shredding the cheese; we use normal basic cheese for our enchiladas. Put some oil into the pan, he waited until very hot and you just put in for about 2 seconds in hot boiling oil.
