Hello I'm Andras Glockl from Hungary, Budapest we are running a Iguana Restaurant. We're cooking Mexican, traditional Mexican food we're open for 10 years now and we are here on behalf of Expert Village. The chicken quesadilla is ready, I can tell you how we made it. First we get the flour tortilla, we fill it with cheese, pepper, onion and we prep the day before and after we add some grilled chicken which was shredded. And we topped it with cheese, we topped it off with another flour tortilla, put it into the French oven. If don't have we can do it with a pan and then both side we keep it for 2-3 minutes on each side, and it's ready the cheese will melt inside and serve it with sour cream, tomato, and guacamole which is made from avocado and jalepeno, enjoy now. The carne is ready and it smells excellent let me tell you how we cooked it. First of all we get the onion, dip it in hot oil for a few minutes and after we get the grounded meat we cook it together for another 2-3 minutes. And after we add all the flavors like I mentioned before we add the kidney beans which we boiled and cooked before that for around 2 hours. At the end we add the brown dark beer, enjoy. To make salsa is ready we serve it with chips try it at home with chips, it's made from corn flour. But you can top it with any foods chicken if you make at home let me tell you the ingredients. We used fresh tomato, onion, fresh cilantro it's more important I think, and garlic.
