How to Make Traditional Salsa

Hello I'm Andras Glockl from Hungary, Budapest we are running a Iguana Restaurant. We're cooking Mexican, traditional Mexican food we're open for 10 years now and we are here on behalf of Expert Village. And now we're going to make a typical tomato salsa and he's going to show us how to make it. First of all we cut the tomato to small dice. Whenever you cut the tomato you put it into the mixer after 2 minutes the basic of the salsa is ready, and now the onion to small pieces.
