Cooking the Meat for Chili Con Carne

Hello I'm Andras Glockl from Hungary, Budapest we are running a Iguana Restaurant. We're cooking Mexican, traditional Mexican food we're open for 10 years now and we are here on behalf of Expert Village. We're going to make chili con carne with my chef. Chili con carne I'll start cutting the onion, we put the onion into a pan, we add some oil and wait for a few seconds. After 2-3 minutes we add the ground beef on top of the onion, after 2-3 minutes together with the meat and the onion.
