Tips for Making Chili Con Carne
Hello I'm Andras Glockl from Hungary, Budapest. We are running a Iguana Restaurant. We're cooking Mexican traditional Mexican food. We're open for 10 years now and we are here on behalf of Expert Village. It's very easy to learn. Sometimes it looks very complicated because they use a lot of ingredients, a lot of flavor. But once you tasted it, you realize once you first try it's easy to make and it's very tasty. We're going to make chili con carne with my chef. First of all, we make the beans with chili con carne. We keep the beans in cold water for a day and the day we're going to make the dish actually. First we cook in hot water. We add some salt and bay leaf and we cook it for about 2 hours.
