How to Cook Chicken Quesadillas
Hello I'm Andras Glockl from Hungary, Budapest. We are running a Iguana Restaurant. We're cooking Mexican traditional Mexican food. We're open for 10 years now and we are here on behalf of Expert Village. And now we're going to cook a traditional chicken quesadilla with my help my chef. Now we add some more cheese on the top before we close it with another flour tortilla. And now we closing with another flour tortilla and we take it to the french oven. It's a french stove. We keep the quesadilla on both sides for about 2 minutes each sides. The cheese will melt inside and make it nice and crispy. If you don't have this one at home you can put it on a pan same thing almost and each side you grill for about 2-3 minutes. After 2-3 minutes just turn around and you see how nice it is.
