Contacting Potential Day Care Centers

Hello! My name is Cindy Glover and on behalf of Expert Village.com, I am going to talk about how to contact a licensed childcare center. From the list that you have made, choose ones that are close to your work or your home or the place that you will be at the majority of the time your child is in care. From that list call and ask for the center director, assistant director or person in charge and when you get that person, ask for availability for your child’s age group. Inquire of tuition fees, registration fees, supply fees, art fees and other fees that centers may have in place. Also, ask for full or part time care. Full time care usually is from the time of opening to closing, part-time care is 2 to 3 days a week usually from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
