Adding Flour to Rotisserie Chicken Gravy

Hi this Rich Buccola and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a rotisserie chicken. Ok four tablespoons of flour so I am just going take my tablespoons and just clean it out quick. Four tablespoons but I want to add it to a cup of hot water. The reason I do that that's one is so I can get the lumps out of the flour, that's two, three and four. Then what I am going to do just take a fork. You don't want any lumps. So just come over here with a fork and this is an old trick my Aunt used to say so you wouldn't get lumps. You just start working it into the water and you don't won't lumps and by doing it in the warm water you will get rid of all the lumps. So when I come back I am going to show you just how to keep making this fresh gravy. Right here on Expert Village.
